As long as there are people on the go and families that just don’t want to cook and need a fast meal there will be fast food restaurants. The problem with many fast food restaurants is that most of them have food that is greasy and full of fat and other unhealthy products.

One fast food restaurant that comes closer than others to providing good food that is good for you is Kentucky Fried Chicken. Although their original fried chicken is cooked in oil it is not as greasy as many places. And there are many other choices to choose from.

One thing that is becoming quite popular is the new Kentucky Grilled Chicken. Instead of being fried this chicken is grilled making it a much healthier meal choice.

Aside from this healthier meat choice there is also the added benefit that Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurants also offer many nutritious vegetable choices.

Although some of the vegetable choices available are fried such as the potato wedges and fried okra there are also many that are not such as mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, baked beans and corn on the cob. And there biscuits are almost like the ones grandma used to make.
